Selamawit Bekele is a seasoned Principal Consultant with an extensive background in both IT and business consulting, specializing in ERP and core banking system implementations, process optimization, and financial reform projects. She brings a proven track record of reviewing and enhancing IT strategies, business processes, and finance operations to drive organizational efficiency. Mrs. Selamawit holds a BSc. In Information Systems from Addis Ababa University and a Diploma in Accounting from Addis Ababa Commercial Collage. Additionally, she is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounting (ACCA).

With extensive training in SAP ERP, Oracle Database and Forms Development, and Visual Studio technologies, Mrs. Selamawit has excelled in roles across various industries like banking, agriculture, and logistics. She has led major projects including ODOO ERP and SAP ERP system implementations and T24 core banking implementations for different clients. In these roles, she has successfully managed system configuration, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. With a comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects, she is adept at process improvement and IT strategy formulation, contributing significantly to various organizational improvements.
