He further solidified his expertise by earning the prestigious Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Qualification (UK) in 1996, later becoming a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). Armed with this knowledge, Tekeste embarked on a remarkable career path. His journey took him from auditor to Head of Department at the Audit Services Corporation. Honing his skills and leadership qualities, he co-founded HST, leading the firm's audit and assurance business.
