This service is provided to clients who approach HST for an independent assessment of the skill and behavioral gaps they have among their talent pool. The service can be provided as a standalone service or as part of a package which includes training design and delivery by HST. HST provides this service with the goal of identifying the training needs of employees which will inform the design of each training intervention. Even in situations where clients approach HST with pre-identified training topics, HST conducts its own quick training needs assessment to identify the strategies for delivering the training.

These services are provided to clients who seek professionally built custom-made trainings to improve the productivity of their staff. Our Learning Solutions team has a repository of tools to deploy based on the specific client situations. We apply adult learning and experiential learning philosophies when designing and developing both face-to-face and online training programs.

This service is provided to clients who would like to have a professional trainer deliver a learning solution to their employees or trainees. Our professional trainers are certified in adult training delivery skills and well-versed in the development of training materials that are trainee-focused and are engaging.

This service includes providing professionally built online training programs to clients. The training programs currently under development allow trainees to learn at their own pace. We have our own learning management system with a variety of courses designed for our clients. We can also prepare custom-made courses per request.
