The CFO Masterclass, a collaborative initiative by HST and ACCA Ethiopia, aims to enhance the expertise of finance leaders as they navigate the upcoming capital market. This half-day program, held every two months, combines in-person sessions with virtual engagements featuring subject matter and industry experts from various markets. Additionally, global CFOs share practical experiences to enrich learning.
The comprehensive curriculum addresses key elements of a strategic finance function. Participants will engage with case studies and online materials, dedicating 10-15 hours monthly to reading case studies and completing the program's pre-reading and post-reading online materials.
The program is designed to support CFOs in transitioning from routine financial tasks to strategic roles.
